Aero-Sculpt Kristina Bisbee

Thursday 5:45-6:45pm

This class is designed for the exercise enthusiast.  In the space of one hour every possible muscle group will be worked and perfected with the assistance of an elevated heart rate.  Not only will you burn calories but also strengthen all major muscles and create as much of a workout in one hour as possible.  This is a combination of aerobics, dance, calisthenics, boot camp and free weights in a fast paced intense hour.  Posture and form are demanded... also offers the best abs in town. Men and Women of all levels of fitness are welcome as long as they are willing to work to the best of their ability.

Multilevel class for early birds to start the day with a strong practice. Skeletal alignment & muscular reprogramming. Thursday 8:30-10am:  Level 1, perfect for beginners. Foundations of asanas with standing poses, forward bends, twists, inversions & back bends.

Kripalu Yoga Dee Dee Cartinelli

Tuesday 9-10:15am

Kripalu Yoga focuses on breath, proper alignment and internal awareness for increased strength, flexibility and an overall sense of well being.  Class begins with gentle stretching & warm ups, coordinating the breath with movement.  Followed by a creative series of postures that will revitalize and balance.  Relaxation completes our practice in developing a healthy body and peaceful mind.

Mindfulness Meditation Ferris Buck Urbanowski

Wednesday 6:30-9pm (4/23 - 5/28)
All day class on Sunday 5/25 from 9am to 4pm. (all day class open to current and previous participants) Open to all experience levels. Mindfulness meditation is the ability to pay attention, moment to moment, without judgment. It is the antidote to being on "automatic pilot" The consistent practice of mindfulness meditation enables us to live with significant reduction in life stress, with a positive attitude toward, and an active engagement in, or lives, whatever its circumstances.

A dynamic , ENJOYABLE, non-stop movement class that combines elements of modern and lyrical dance with focus on breathing, alignment, weight shift and flow. Being (or getting in) shape doesn't have to be a pain. first time trying? come for free! All ages and abilities welcome.

Zumba Fitness: Latin Dance Class

Tuesdays 6-7pm, Thursdays 7-8pm, Fridays 8:15-9:15am, Saturdays 9:30-10:30am
A fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with fun & easy to follow dance steps allowing ZUMBA participants to stick to the ZUMBA Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. ZUMBA is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
Wear dance sneakers or dedicated indoor shoes, comfortable fitness clothing, and bring a towel.
The Studio provides water.
